年末の雪だるま。
今年は雪が全然降っていませんね。ここまで降らないと多少の不気味さはありますが、やはり仕事の前の大仕事、筋肉痛必須の雪かきをしなくていいのは、本当に助かります。 とこんなこと書いてると一気に積もりそうで怖いですが・・・
最近読んだ本。 英語学習者の立場からも、また指導する立場からも学ぶことの非常に多かった本でした。 まるでマンガの世界ですが、読みながら何度
フムフム、
と頷いたり、
「ははーーーん！！」 と膝を打ったり、
「ウム・・」
と唸ったことでしょう。
左の本に関しては、すごく納得したことや、もう一度読み直したい箇所、 参考にしたいところなどに線を引きながら読んでいたら、本の半分以上線引いてあんじゃないのっ？！ とイマイチポイントを掴めない読者代表になってしまいました。
目からウロコのことも多かったです。 得た知識をしっかりと生かし、 これまで以上に質の高い、そして学びの多いレッスンを提供できるように精進して参ります。 素晴らしい本を紹介してくださってありがとうございます。

Now I am wondering how well I could use these teaching methods in my classes..
I think the book on the right is great for SH students and also their parents.
This is just my opinion as one of teenager’s moms 
Oh, I was just thinking that you would know if the book is good for SH students because you have teenage daughters! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I want to write something about the book on my blog, but has been sitting on it.

The book on the left is a great summary of SLA (Second Language Acquisition) research. I am wondering if the book on the right could be a good book to read for SH students. Hmm…
